Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide that your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at boojewellery@mail.com before sending the item back. We will review your request and let you know whether the item is eligible for return and how to proceed.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at boojewellery@mail.com before sending it back. Please provide details of the issue and, if requested, photos or other relevant information.

Please do not return the item without submitting a return request first. Each case is reviewed individually to determine whether it qualifies under our return policy.

If the item is confirmed to have arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and any other reasonable expenses related to the return.

OTHER RETURNS

For returns that are not related to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In this case as well, please submit a return request by contacting us at boojewellery@mail.com before sending the item back. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and shipping information.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Please return the item in its original packaging. If you no longer have it, use secure packaging that will properly protect the item during shipping.

Refunds 

Once your return request has been approved and we receive the returned item in the condition described in the approved request, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–5 business days.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions upon inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Each piece of BOO Jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with rhodium. This combination gives the jewellery extra shine, durability, and a luxurious finish. To preserve this special coating and maintain its long-lasting brilliance, avoid chemicals, moisture, and constant friction. Follow these tips to keep your jewellery in excellent condition:

• Remove your jewellery before sleeping to prevent unnecessary friction.
• Always store your jewellery in a sealed environment, such as its original box, a soft fabric pouch, or a resealable plastic bag. Proper storage helps protect the rhodium plating from moisture, air exposure, and unnecessary oxidation.
• Keep your jewellery completely dry at all times. If it comes into contact with water, sweat, or any moisture, gently pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth or paper towel. Never store your jewellery while it is damp or wet, as this can damage the plating and reduce its shine.
• Avoid chemicals such as chlorine, perfumes, soaps, and nail polish remover.
• Take off your jewellery during workouts or any intense physical activity to protect it from sweat.
• Store each piece separately in a small pouch or bag to prevent scratches and preserve the shine of the plating.

Every BOO Jewellery piece comes with a care instruction booklet. We recommend reading it carefully to ensure the longevity and beauty of your jewellery. Each piece also includes a polishing cloth, specially designed to help you gently clean and maintain its shine.
